Families are invited to join us to cook and share a meal in a fun and friendly kitchen.
Children of any age are invited to attend with their parents or guardians. Everyone who is able will be encouraged to help out with cooking and meal preparation.
The program will provide opportunities to improve food skills, try new healthy recipes, and build friendships.
We will focus on:
- healthy eating
- menu planning
- cooking in bulk and freezing
- creative uses for leftovers
- having fun and including the whole family in meal prep and cooking
Runs Monthly on Sunday 2:30pm-5:30pm.
